Do you use any plastic in your packaging or shipping material?
No! Each order is packaged with paper and linen ties only. All materials used in both packaging and shipping are reusable and recycle friendly!
Can I return my item(s) and receive a refund?
No. Due to the delicate nature of Meraki Nomad’s offerings, we do not offer returns of any kind.
Can I exchange my items for something else?
No. Due to the delicate nature of Meraki Nomad’s offerings, we do not offer any exchanges.
I ordered a ring and it does not fit, can I exchange it for a different size?
If you ordered the wrong size and it did not fit, you may exchange it for a different size only if you are willing to cover shipping costs both ways. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for your request.
My item(s) arrived damaged. Can you refund me or replace the item?
Yes. Please email email@example.com immediately and include a photo of the damages along with your name that the order was placed with.
Ships via USPS Priority Mail with 1-3 business day arrival, up to $50 of insurance and tracking info. No signature is required, which means that if you are not home to receive it, the package will be left on your doorstep or in the mail box. So please choose an address that is secure and safe.
Ships via USPS First Class Package International. Delivery time varies depending on each country. Includes a customs number but does not include tracking or insurance.
Priority Mail International (6-10 business day delivery) + International Express (3-5 business day delivery) is available upon request. These options do include tracking and insurance. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order if you wish to ship with this option.
My order says it was delivered but I have not received it, Am I able to get a replacement or a refund?
Unfortunately no. Once your package is sent and in the hands of the postal service, it is out of my control and I cannot be held responsible for any lost packages. I hope that you can please understand this from my perspective.
Please be sure to provide a secure address where you have not had issues in receiving packages before, as well as a safe location you trust in case the package is left on the doorstep or in the mail box.
If this does happen, I suggest asking your neighbors to see if they have received it by mistake, and go to your local post office to inform them of the loss so they can inquire directly with the person that is held responsible for delivering.
If no luck, then please contact me at email@example.com so I can file a claim to receive a refund if the package is insured. In this case, if we are able to receive an insurance refund, I can then replace or refund your items if/when that is approved. I am here to help as best as I can, always.
