THROAT
VIBRATION | ENERGY
Element of the Throat Chakra = sound
- here we are working with vibration + energy and we are invited to tune in to our innate abilities to feel that everything and everyone has a unique vibration + energy current.
Objective = to be in resonance, to be in harmony
- when we are in harmony with our surroundings then our internal rhythms are in harmony.
- our surroundings such as the rhythms of the earth, the weather energetics, earth’s seasons, our moon cycles, listening to our bodies, feeling the energetics of our spaces.

What are Flower Essences?
Vibrational medicine working with resonant harmony in the vibrational realm.
Sympathetic resonance or harmonic resonance, is when one thing vibrates at a certain frequency, it will cause other things to resonate at that same frequency.
Every flower has a unique vibration, sacred geometry, resonance harmony.
The unique vibration becomes reality through the alchemy of sun + water + flower, where the sun Imprints the flower’s vibrational pattern into the water.
When we take in flower essences - our bodies are able to receive and come into vibration with the flower’s frequency through harmonic resonance.
This month, we are working with Blue Lotus as a vibrational medicine - experiencing what it is like to feel our bodies begin to attune to a vibration by being in resonate harmony with Lotus, opening + bringing our presence into our sensitivities and innate abilities to feel energy, and drop into deep listening + communication that is energetic beyond verbal.
Your Invitation:
Take in your Blue Lotus Flower Essence daily - about 4 drops at a time, up to 3x a day.
When we work with a flower essence consistently it switches our vibration and then we can match the flowers.
Journal and begin to take note of the energetics you feel when you take the essence each day, any shifts you may feel, the energy of Lotus that you feel. Trust yourself and your abilities.

A very powerful practice that I invite you to do before the Equinox, or anytime you find yourself ready and able.
Spend an entire day in Silence with no form of communication - no speaking, no texting or emailing, no writing, nothing. Just be in the silence and Lotus. You can wear a little post-it sign on your shoulder that says “In Silence - not speaking today” if you have to go anywhere. It is actually quite powerful to go places and listen to a conversation and things without being able to speak - simply being the listener and observer, and noticing ways you can communicate that is beyond verbal.
You can set up notifications on for your emails and texts and notify people in your friends + family, etc ahead of time so you are not disturbed.You can also make it a day that you choose to be with the Earth, be in ceremony, be in meditation with Lotus, etc. Make the day however you'd like to/are able to. If you are only able to do a half-day that is still wonderful as well! do what you can for now.
Try to do a full day - if not then at least a half-day.
The morning after (or after you’re done) - journal about your experience. Share in the community page. -
Take your Lotus Essence and enjoy a sound bath with vibrational bowls and sounds - just as we did in the Opening Ceremony. Attuning + harmonizing. Sensitizing to Lotus’ vibration.

Sit with a plant or a tree or the land somewhere - somewhere in nature, your backyard, a park, or even a house plant. Sit here in silence and cup your hands around the plant without touching, and just breathe here - listen, feel the energy.
Once you feel their energy in your hands and body, take note of what their energy feels like and what they may be communicating to you through their vibration.
Then, move your hands to your heart space, palms facing your heart - then rotate them and move back to the plan - going back and forth from your heart to the plant as many times as you’d like- exchanging your energies here together.

Before the Equinox, I invite you to dive into some Energetic clearing + harmonizing practices in your space + energetic field.
Reiki, sound bathing, limpia, salt bath, smoke cleansing, laying on the bare earth… Tune in to what feels good to you and really allow yourself to drop in and take your take here, feeling and allowing your energy to shift + clear through the practices that work for you. -

court your relationship with prayer - speaking out loud your gratitude each day, and casting out what you’d like to pray for. Practice everyday. Pray to Lotus, to the energies and elements, to God/Goddess, universe, whoever and whatever. Devote yourself. Mean what you say. Feel it in your heart + soul + bones. Cast it out. Direct your life force energy everyday. Overtime begin to witness the power of the word.

Together we will sit in a tea meditation with Lotus and under the influence of Lotus, create intuitive art using whatever medium you feel called to. We invite in the energies of creation + expression through art and creativity, letting go of perfection + expectation and simply allowing ourselves to flow and play with Lotus and each other! We can use our creations as a form of divination and see what Lotus is moving through us, the messages that are woven into our intuitive creation, and have fun reading for one another as we share.
Create with any medium in any form that you’d like
- drawing, painting, poetry, collage, etc.
there is no such thing as being a bad artist! have fun with it and express in any way.
Gathering Your Art Supplies:
- Bring whatever you’d like to work with: pens, colored pencils, paint, etc. and your paper.
- Collage: gather magazines + books to cut out of, along with glue and scissors.
Have With You:
- Your Supplies.

Preparing Your Self + Space:
- I invite you to create an intentional altar with your sacred items for each of the elements we have journeyed with - earth, water, fire, air - honoring the elements for the Equniox as we rebirth.
- Come as you are <3
- Maybe you want to wear something special - something white for our cleansing + rebirth, or the color of the throat chakra, turquoise!
Preparing Your Medicine:
- Make a Lotus + Rose Tea infusion (or just lotus if you do not have any rose) and bring it COLD to our ceremony - by putting it in the fridge after its done infusing for a while or add a few ice cubes.
- If you are on your bleed time, drink it warm, but bring a small cup cold on the side.
- Think about if you have any medicine songs you love, gather one to share in circle if you feel called to!

- For the sound bath: it is suggested to have your computer or phone hooked up to a speaker or amp to listen through, or have wireless headphones to connect for optimal sound. If you do not have either, its okay!
- Pillows or blanket support for your neck/under knees/tailbone or anything you may need to feel comfortable lying down.
