MEDICINE OF THE MONTH
BLUE LOTUS PERFUME
This month we work with the beautiful, ethereal, unique fragrance of Blue Lotus.
Please be sure to sit in the guided meditation with the perfume from our ceremony before beginning to work with it and weave it into your days.
INVITATIONS:
- Sit in short meditation with the perfume throughout the month, see what is revealed.
Keep a journal of your meditations.
- Anoint yourself each day or when you feel called to
Tune in to where you anoint with the lotus perfume. offering your presence, asking lotus + your body were wishes to be anointed. Take a moment to breathe in the scent, and let it sink in.
Take notice to when you feel called to anoint yourself: before your meditation practice, before a special occasion, before sleeping, in the mornings to prepare yourself for the day, etc.
- Use it however you’d like, whenever you’d like!

and please make sure your hands are washed - preferably with unscented soap.
Clear your space + self.
On your altar, keep it simple, have a candle lit if you have, and lotus petals/flower. -
Your Lotus Perfume (small clear, square bottle with gold round cap).
Journal + Pen.
Sacred Smoke + light.

I invite you to brew in prayer a Lotus Plant Spirit Bath/Shower - and let infuse as we are in ceremony together. Maybe you want to bring it into your space to infuse in our ceremony.
I will invite you after we spend our time together to wash + cleanse with your spirit bath to close our ritual.

as always, come as you are.
Come with freshly cleansed skin from the shower/bath.
We will oil the hair so you may want to give it a little brush before.
Wear a robe or something loose that you will take off later to be naked for oiling.

Create a beauty temple space in whatever way feels good to you.
maybe you want some fresh flowers, candles lit all around, cleanse the space with some smoke, etc.
Have a lotus flower or petals on your altar or with you as always.
Set up cozy on the floor if you are able to - and lay a towel down with some space to stretch out your body for oiling.

- Lotus Body Oil (if you are out, have any unscented oil to use on the body and hair: coconut, olive, sunflower, etc.
- Sacred Smoke + light.
- Towel laid down for oiling.
- An energy cleansing + blessing ally such as an egg, a fresh rose, or simply sacred smoke. Tune in to yourself intuitively and choose what you need most.
