PART ONE

Integration Medicine - Setting Intentions for the continued journey ahead.
Part One: Making the oil infusion.

Tuesday, Sept 10 - 6pm est

Come as you are <3

Set up for medicine making in ceremony, somewhere quiet where you will be undisturbed.
We will move into the kitchen also so make some space in there at your stove.
- A body oil - your lotus body oil if you'd like to use that, and any unscented oil like Olive, Almond, Sunflower, etc. A small amount, around 10 oz. but more if you'd like to make a big batch.
- Your Lotus Perfume.
- Your gold metal tin which includes resins and rose.
- Lotus flower/petals, and any other plants you feel called to include into this balm - maybe plants youve also worked with over these 7 months that have ushered your journey, or plants that you'd like to incorporate for integration and your path forward. A super small amount.
- A small pot and ideally a pot/glass or metal bowl that can fit inside of it - like a double boiler situation. We can go over this in class too.
- A lid to cover the bowl/pot.
- A glass jar with lid to first make our body oil infusion in.
- Cheesecloth/strainer/nut milk bags to strain your oil.
- Your supplies.
- Journal + pen.
- Sacred smoke + light.
- Any form of lotus you'd like to work with if you'd like to (tea, essence, smoke etc.)
- A candle.

PART TWO

BALM MEDICINE MAKING

Part Two: Making the Balm.

Come as you are <3
We will start with a light meditation and then move into the kitchen, so make some space in there at your stove.
- Organic Beeswax Pastilles. a small amount, you don't need much!
- Your oil you made, strained back into your jar or a bowl with lid.
- Your Lotus Perfume. & any other Essential oils you'd like to add to your balm (if any).
- Your gold metal tin.
- A small pot and ideally a pot/glass or metal bowl that can fit inside of it - like a double boiler situation. We can go over this in class too.
- We will place our balm in the tin in your kit - if you'd like to, also have some extra containers with you to put any extra balm in - a little mason jar works, etc.
- Measuring cup or cup with a pour spout.
- Any plants you'd like to top your balm with for decoration + spirit.
- Your supplies.
- Journal + pen.
- Sacred smoke + light.
- Any form of lotus you'd like to work with if you'd like to (tea, essence, smoke etc.)
- A candle.

CLOSING CEREMONY

& prepare yourself for cerermony in whatever way feels good to you.
maybe you want to plant spirit bathe before, anoint yourself in oils, wear a special garment and/or piece of jewelry.

do something that makes you feel special for this moment, if you have the space to.
Set up in a quiet space where you will be comfortable + undisturbed.
& maybe you want to set up a special altar in the way we did for the Opening ceremony ...
Altar:
- gather all of your lotus medicines you worked with this journey and have them with you to be honored.

- items that represent/symbolize each element + direction. (air, earth, fire, water, spirit, ancestors, heart).

- A dried lotus flower/petals .

- a candle.
- Lotus Tea.
- Your Balm.
- If you did not make balm, have with you Perfume or your Lotus Oil.
- Journal + Pen.
- Sacred Smoke + light.
- If you still have your Lotus Prayer card that you received in your medicine kit with you, the one with the quote on it, please bring!
