Preparing Your Space:

I invite you to clear your space that you’ll be sitting in for ceremony with sacred smoke or herbal water before beginning.

- Create your sacred space in whatever way feels good to you.
- Set up a small, intentional altar, honoring the elements + spirits,
with a lotus flower or lotus petals,
along with any special objects or gifts that honor + acknowledge the past 7 months in your life
(found feathers or stones, travels you’ve been on, things you’ve created, your transformations, gifts from spirit)
if anything and only if you feel called to.

Allow this ritual of gathering items and reflecting on your past 7 months to be nourishing for you,
releasing perfection, and tuning in to the beauty + sacredness around you and your unique journey.

Be in flow, go slow, it can be simple + special, only for you in honoring your journey and Lotus.






Preparing Your Self:

Prepare yourself for ceremony in whatever way feels good to you.
Maybe it's cleansing in a bath or shower, anointing your body with oils, clearing your body with
sacred smoke, laying on the Earth outside. Whatever makes you feel relaxed, comfortable + beautiful.

I invite you to adorn in something special - a garment you love or a piece of jewelry, wearing white or blue lotus blue, whatever it may be.
Whatever you would like to adorn in to show up for a sacred event/ceremony.

Preparing Lotus:

- Prepare Lotus or Lotus + Rose Tea Infusion,
whichever you feel called to.






Have With You:
- Your Lotus Perfume.
- Your Tea.
- A dried Lotus Flower or Lotus Petals.
- All of your Lotus Medicines from our 7 months that you have left - glycerine/tincture, oil, essence, smokes
- Sacred Smoke + light.
- Your journal + pen.
